Can you please recommend a temperature measuring app or program (?) for my new build with these components:

i5 2500K
ASRock Z68 Pro 3 mobo
CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ heat sink & fan with Arctic MX 4 thermal paste.
16 GIG G. Skill Ripjaws 1600 RAM
CoolerMaster HAF 912 case
Antec BP 550 PS
PNY Quadro NVS 440 video card

Will myASRock mobo and Intel i5 2500K automatically tell me the temp?

Thanks

CPUID hardware monitor and CoreTemp are good for monitoring you temps.

Pardon me for asking a dumb question, but are those programs part of Win 7HP 64 bit which is what I have or are they hardware functions? Wait a minute, I have "Core Temp" on my old build. I guess I can just download that from the net. Is CPUID also a software program? I'll search for that also. Thanks very much.

No you have to look it up and download it. I don't really like core temp I like hardware monitor it gives temps for just about everything it even breaks down the temps for each individual core on the CPU.
