Is this a good build for an HTPC?

I'm looking to put one together for my parents' 55" Mitsubishi to replace more than a few of their outdated components (CD player, standard DVD player, etc) and this is what I have in mind. I really want to use the new AMD Llano CPU for the base of it, but I'm more than open to suggestions. If it's cheaper to use the Intel Core i3-2120 and onboard video that's fine. It's mainly going to be used for internet video, blu-rays, music and that sort of stuff. No real gaming at all, that's why I'm tending to go toward all-in-one and Micro ATX form factors. It needs at least one, maybe two 1.5TB hard drives for storage (music, movies, DVR programs, etc) and a really low-wattage PSU (right now the plan is to use the Corsair Builder Series CX-430). I'm really trying to keep the budget at or below $650. Here's what I have in mind so far:

Case: nMedia PC Black Aluminum 6000B $69.99
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX-430 $44.99
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-A75-S2V $89.99
CPU: AMD A8-3850 $139.99
RAM: 4GB G.Skill PC 1333MHz (already have, using left over from previous build)
HD1: OCZ Agility 3 60GB $104.99
HD2: Samsung Spinpoint F4 1.5 TB
Optical: Pioneer BD-R 204 4X BD Recorder (already have, using from previous build)
Keyboard / Mouse: Logitech MK260 $24.99
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium - $99.99

Total: $634
