ASUS Sabertooth Z77... Computer Automatically Restarts After Shut Down

So... Hardware:

ASUS Sabertooth Z77
Intel i7 3770k
EVGA FTW GTX 670
Coolermaster HAF 932 Advanced
Corsair 750TX PSU
2x 4G G-Skill Ripjaws 1600
Asus DVD Burner
Coolermaster 212 EVO CPU Cooler
128g OCZ Vertex 4 SSD (Primary)
1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM HDD
Windows 7 Home Premium

I have tried clearing CMOS.

I just built this computer and when I turn it off it auto turns itself back on, if it is a hardware error I'm not sure what it is.
If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Also, here's an error that comes up every time I restart (Not sure if before shut down or after).

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

It's WMI Event 10. I tried the script it did nothing, just a thought.

  2. This script might correct the problem, before running it create a System Restore Point; see - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950375
