Thermal tape for VGA ram and mosfets

Simple question I need to reseat the heatsink on my video card, will I need to replace the thermal tape or can it be reused?If not any recomended brand and thickness(I noticed they have different thicknesses)?It's a BFG 9800GTX

I kinda figured I could reuse it, but it's always reassuring when you hear from someone else who has done it! And as far as grease I always replace it even if its still gooey. Intel i5 @ 5.1 GHz that's just sick!Thanks for the help!
