PSU for SLI 570? Plz Reccomend me one..

Hello Gentlemen, Rockman here..

I had posted I thread few days ago, but I changed my mind on certain things. Here is the list of the items I will be using. The purpose of the rig is (Video editing, and gaming)

I am soo confused now. I want to run 2 GTX 570 in sli mode. I was recommend that a 850w power supply would be enough. However, I am a noob a this and based on what i understood.It looks like my maximum for SLi would be 2 560 ti. So i used thing from Neweg to help me out

theoretically the 850w should be enough based on the sites and stuff.I really don't want to bottleneck and I am really confused  

WHAT I WANT: Modular or Semi modular PSU (If possible)trying to have great cable management.Also something reliable, and it won't kill my electric bill   any who..
