Best PCI card for gaming

i will upgrade the mobo Soon but for now i want to know the BEST PCI CARD NO AGP OR PCIEXPRESS
ATM i have the geforce 6200

which leads to another question...
how can i overclock/unlock pipelines to make it a 6600 i read it somewere but they never give a HOW-TO
