NTLDR MISSING

Hello,
NTLDR is missing ..press Ctrl+Alt+Del to start...but the laptop is not operatin.

Do you have a CD/USB device plugged in that it's automatically trying to boot from?
The NTLDR is what the OS boots from if I remember correctly, so either it's looking and can't find it on a CD/USB or your windows boot loader has become corrupt (from virus/hard drive failure/randomly/etc.) and needs to be reinstalled from the recovery CD.
