Asrock 970 extreme4 has power but wont put on display

so i just bought a new asrock 970 extreme4 and it has everything properly installed and powered all cords and parts have been checked with others and in other computers. the Dr. debug light comes on but stays at 00. i get no display on my screen. how do i fix this if even possible

alright so it turns out not to be the motherboard but it was my cpu

Ok so I have the same exact problem you had but have no clue what to do.. So what did you mean it as your CPU that was the problem?
