is it possible to replace lost or damaged keys on an ACER travelmate 290 laptop? my parrot broke off about 4 keys, including the "c"... how do i get this fixed? is there a place i can go in or around NY where they will fix it? please help...

Normally, if you have all of the parts, you can put it back together
yourself. If you don't have all the parts, you have a problem. For
Toshiba laptops, there are guys on E-bay that sell keyboard parts, but
for an Acer, it's going to be much tougher, and you may have to get the
whole keyboard replaced.
