1866MHz ram is double 1600 in price. Worth it?

This 32GB (4 x 8GB) PC3 15000 240-Pin DDR3 memory on Newegg costs $499 and is double in price of the 1600 version. Why the big difference and is it worth the price? I don't think so. The 1600 is already fast.
