8GB installed 7.46 available HELP

I built a new system and transferred alot of my old parts (VGA, WiFi card, HDD & PSU)

what i bought:

Coolermaster elite 430 midtower
LGA1155 Intel Core I5 2400 @3.10GHz OC to 3.6GHZ
Coolermaster hyper 212 evo CPU cooler
ASRock Z77 extreme 4 SLI
Crosiar vengeance 8GB DDR3 2 x 4GB

Ive installed 8GB and windows 7 says 7.46 available..........WTF

BTW i have 64 bit OS

The 'missing' memory is most likely going to the iGPU Shared memory so in the BIOS use the lowest value; Example Share Memory -> 32MB then Save & Exit = Yes.

im a dumbass never thought of that i set the max memory to 512mb cuz my IGPU and my Deseret GPU share performance makes old cards run like the GTX seriers JK but basicaly make them better

Use whatever works the 'best' for your situation and at least ya' know where she went.
