I'm relativley new to Hardware Upgrades and am quite confused over what I am seeing. I recently upgraded to a new computer case/tower, PSU, and GFX card. I purchased the MSI 460GTX Hawk Talon Attack with a supposed 3900mhz memory clock, but when I go into my MSI Afterburner it says my Mem Clock is at 1950mhz. As I said I am new to this and I'm probably just missing something but is it possible there is something wrong here?
