Help! BIOS get frozen (P8Z68 Deluxe)

Hi everyone, i want to update my BIOS version 0501 (p8Z68 deluxe) its safe from AI Suite II? i downloaded 3304 from Asus web.

I want to update because my bios get frozen "randomly", actually i cant do it from uefi.
Windows stable, bios get frozen and the only that can i do is rebooting my pc .

Any suggestion?

I'd suggest you first reset your BIOS by turning off power supply, switching off the monitor and then pressing the power button to discharge static, then removing your mobo battery, waiting for 10 seconds and then putting it back in. After that power up your PC and check if the problem persists.
