Massive performance decrease after updating BIOS

I updated my BIOS to 1.50 from http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=N68-VS3%20FX&o=All using the 'Windows' feature rather than Instant Flash or DOS. I was getting BSOD when launching CS:GO and I heard updating my BIOS would fix it. It did allow me to open the game but now my performance on every game has decreased massively! My physics score on 3dmark11 has been put down to this: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/4172431 when it was more than double that. My graphics score was also a fair bit higher.

Does anyone know how I can fix this as I have tried every BIOS on that page. And yes, I do have the right MoBo.

Bumping this thread because I am having the same issues. The problem is I thought my bios were never toyed with, but my pc is from iBuyPower so apparently there were tweaks to the bios that I was unaware of. Now with the bios updated to 1.5 on my FX-8120, my computer runs at about half its potential.

My basic stats are as follows:
CPU: AMD FX-8120 Zambezi Eight-Core Processor
Mobo: ASRock N68-VS3 GeForce 7025 Chipset

I can post a CPU-Z report if that would be helpful. Please internet, I'm not sure I want to toy around with the bios to try and solve my problem, so if anyone has any advice, please help!

Thanks a ton

Hey, have you made any progress? I contacted AsRock via a support ticket today, I'll post their reply when I get it.
