NVidia GTX 460 or GTX 560

AMD athlon X4 Quad Core 3.0 ghz , 4 gb Ram DDR3 , 1920x1080p Display ,
i want to spend around 700 Euro ? but dont know wich one of these graphics to chose

If you have 700 eu then you might get something better like the GTX 570. I dont know the prices in europ, but a GTX 560 should cost around 200 eu. The 560 is better than the 460, so if they are ate the same price, get the 560.

the difference is for 25 euros 175E Geforce 460Gtx and GTX 560 199E and 560 GTX Ti is 250E .... but no more budget for this one

Well then the simple answer is that the more you pay, the more performance you'll get. You could get more performance from the 460 by overclocking it, but the same is true for every other card. If you can afford the 560 Ti, then go for it.
