What is the best hdmi graphics card

Hello,
What graphics card do i need to display via full HD 1080p projector? I play the odd game but more interested in 95-100 inch 1080p movies. Also, what should I do about sound (5.1)?

Most graphics cards support 1080p.
Alot support 2048x1536 which is super HD.
For blu-ray or hd movies and intence gaming the 5970 1gb would be very good. about the sound, i would go with anything to do with logitech. Personaly cause logitech is good.
