hi i went to the store and there are only 1 intel motherboard called the biostar g41d3+
i'd like to know, is this a GOOD mobo? can it have a GOOD GAMING pc built to it? ... heres the site specs:
http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=513&tab=3

and also. the vga is
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500.
Pixel Shader 4.0, DirectX 10
Supports RGB with max. resolution 2048 x 1536@75Hz
Max. shared memory 1759MB *
* The Max shared memory size will be available only when 4GB memory or more installed on Motherboard under the 64-bit OS.

Can gta iv and more advance games work on onboard memory? of this board? becuase i see it has shader 4 :O

It's obsolescent. It will only accept old CPUs. With the right CPU and memory it might be a decent enough gaming platform, but that would definitely require a dedicated graphics card. Intel GMA X4500 is absolutely terrible. It's worse than the Geforce FX 5700 Ultra I replaced in my gaming computer around seven years ago.
