9850 Core speed has fallen? Picture included

Hello, is this normal?

This is compared with another 9850, It seems the Core speed has decreased in my processor. It's never been overclocked or anything, I've had the processor for at least 3 years and the heatsink and fan have been kept clean of dust.

Processors will throttle their clocks down when idling to save power.

Oh alright, thanks! Made me a little worried. I started up a game and it started clocking at 2500.00 Mhz. Thanks so much!
