6950 to buy?
Sapphire Radeon 6950
OR MSI Twin Frozer OC
Radeon 6950??

Can this card max out any Game in the world at 1600*900.
My Specs:
8GB DDR3 RAM,
Phenom X4 955.

I am going to recommend that you over clock that cpu so it can better handle a 6950 other then that i would go with msi over sapphire but there both good brands. under the resolution of 1920x1080 the cpu will scale more then the gpu will so this will hinder performance a tad.

MSI Twin Frozr. Yes, it will max out 99% of all games at that resolution.
