How to change 64bit to 32bit in windows 7

Hello,
i have dell inspiron laptop with windows 7 home basic pro 64 bits.. But i have to create my project with vb.net or asp.net and 64 bit processor is not supporting vb..
Pls Pls Pls Help ME.. I am in a big trouble

Not exactly sure what you're trying to do, but we have devs here with VS2008 & 2010 running on W7 64 without any issues.

But, the only way would be either format and get a copy of 32bit W7 (and I'm guessing a loss in RAM if you have more than 3GB) or create a VM (virtualbox from Sun is free) and run a 32bit version of XP/W7 in there just for your project.

If you already own a Windows 7 32-bit software I would use VirtualBox and create a virtual environment to run your program. But I am with the person above and confused why you are not able to edit .net in 64bit.
 


I work at a bank. One of our software vendors is one of the largest in the country. We're still running XP images on most of our PCs, because not all of their applications are windows 7 and 64 bit supported. Some apps just won't work.
