i just built my new budget pc with amd athlon ii x2 250, and 2 gigs of ram (will get more ram) but now its time for a video card. i have a tight budget and was wandering if http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161315&cm_re=hd_4670-_-14-161-315-_-Product will be any good for gaming on a old 1024x768 lcd screen. like will it play crysis 1 and 2, gta 4 and mabey any upcoming games like the new elders scrolls and mass effect 3. i dont need to play on very high or even high, mabey just medium high. if not what might be a better option?

That will play the games you listed. I think you'll have to put most settings on "medium" for Crysis.

There are a lot of good cards from that generation that you can find on sale. What you want to look for is 256-bit. I think this is a better option (unless you don't want nvidia) http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5639261&CatId=3669

You need to make sure your power supply can handle it. You can probably get away with 450W or with a good 400W.
