The GTX600 series will likely be released in Q4 2011 according to online sources. I would always go with the newest socket technology for high end. In this case 1155 is newer b/c it is compatible w/G2 core i7. Please select me as the best answer.

i would like my computer to be upgradable later. is a potential upgrade to a hex core down the road worth it for the extra price?

Also should i go with a gtx 460 or a 560?

500 series is faster and newer. The hex core G2 Core i7 will come out soon and it will be compatible for your 1155 mobo as an upgrade

1155 is good future proof socket and of course 560 ( and Ti even better). Again it all comes to your budget. Which is ...... ?

wait but i remember reading that there wont be anything offered greater than quad cores for the 1155

and my budget is around 1000, but i already have a moniter(small hd tv) and i have a case....i bought the antec 1200 a while back cause it was on sale for like 125 or something ridiculous

I said the hex core one WILL come out meaning sometime soon

lets see a mobo is about $150, Ci7 about $300, ram $100, GPU $250, HDD $100

right, i got that. hmm do you have any articles on this.... not that i don't believe you. Ive just heard otherwise.

But thanks though because if that is the case then i will probably go with the 1155

Well maybe I am wrong but the quad core G2 ci7 is still faster than the Gulftown cpu in some applications/games.
