My motherboard wont recognize all 6gb of ram? wth?

So i installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bits and my motherboard wont recognize the 3 channel ram ddr3. It says on system properties: installed ram 6gb 4 gb usable help any?






My specs are:
Intel Core i7 980x 3.33 ghz
GIGABYTE GA X58A UD3R
ATI RADEON HD 5870
CORSAIR HX 850W
SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1.5TB
KINGSTON HYPER X 6GB (3 x 2GB)
COOLER MASTER HAF 932 CASE

You said that Windows 7 is reporting:

installed ram 6gb

So windows 7 knows and sees that 6 GB is installed.

The 4 GB Usable is what remains after Windows 7 has allocated/reserved 2 GB for its own use for things like the Operating System kernel and disk caching and any other memory resources it thinks it needs.
