Wow, kind of surprised that there was no debate on this one. If it's not too late I'd recomend you check out MSI's Z68AGD80 as well, and if you don't need Solid State Drive Caching or graphics switching you'd probably be just as well off with a P67 board which will save you $50 compared to the Z68 boards. For P67 I'd definitely recomend the Asus stuff.
