My wireless does not show up at my connection list while other connections are t

Hi

I have a problem with connection to wireless network in my laptop.

The funny thing is that I have been using this connection for 2 years with the same router and the same laptop. but two nights ago, I just put my laptop to sleep and the other day, when i was about to use it again, my connection is not there. the more funny thing is that I can connect to my router via my iphone at the same room but my laptop does not find it any more. more more funny thing is that i can see other wireless networks in my connection list but not my own. i am very confused what happened.

i hope someone can help me.

See if you can connect to the router when linked via an ethernet cable between the laptop and router.
