I want to put a high end graphics card in here I can't find out if supports pci x16 2.0, Does anyone know. also I know i need a new psu any suggestion for something that would fit in the case?

460w PSU - dell PSU's are usually good stuff it should be fine for anything with a single 6-pin power connector

You can install a pcie x16 card that requires less than 460w.
i.e. ati radeon hd 5770
