If anyone has a UD3H-B3 Z68 and a Evo, would the fan conflict with my RAM. My ram have large fins, they are the corsair 8GB Vengeance.

Top of the line coolers specifically designed for all dimms filled..= you need a wide case though 9"- these cooler are taller 160mm+ not very deep.

Im planning on buying another 8 GB RAM, same type Vengeance. The Vengeance are known for their large heat fins, so i am afraid it will conflict. I could reconfigure the fan to pull instead of pushing though...

The Evo is the same dimensions right? also did you have to mod your case to fit the large heatsink? I may just either cut off part of the fan or put the fan in a pull configuration. Thanks for your help

Instead of buying a low profile is it possible to reconfigure the fan so it is pulling and its on the other side? it would be pulling towards the back fan. Its just that the Blue Corsair is about $40 with free shipping and i want to save a bit of money.

Yeah you could do that,it's a bit of a compromise imo.
Ya know i've seen the low profiles on sale before, if you can wait.
I have no idea why the blue kit cost more then the black one.
Last time i looked(last week) they were priced the same.
Ideally wouldn't you like the option to mount 2 fans.

I would want to in the future, but as of now I need a better heatsink than my stock. Its mainly my MOBO's fault as it has just about 3-5mm between the stock heatsink and the 1st slot of RAM. I may just have to buy The heatsink from Microcenter and ask them if i can return it if it doesn't fit. Thank you for your help.

Hello,
CAN any 1 tell me that why my core temperatures are not changing.I used speedfan , everst ultimate,
real temp etc all give me constant 42 C. Even if usage is changing. I guess there is problem with sensors or bios settings i m having intel DG41wv mobo.

The thermalright Archon are the ones i want to go for, but sadly i cannot find them on Amazon or Newegg. However the XIGMATEK seem to fulfill my needs, might as well get that one. Thank you so much.
