Seeking Expert Advice

I'm going to build a gaming pc. My budget is around $1500/ I don't want a ssd, but I like some recommendations. Budget for that is $250. Anyways, here is the parts tell me what you think. (Prices are from Frys, I like to buy off ofline, microcenter is too far away)


Also, generally speaking, will a push and pull Hyper 212+ be able to cool a 4.5 Ghz?

CPU Cooler: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus ($30)

Extra fan for push and pull: Antec TriCool 120mm Fan ($13)

For the MB consider the GA-Z68X-UD4-B3. It has a better port arrangement than the UD3 and the cost is probably withing a few dollars.
As for OCing, I get 4.3 on air with a comparable cooler. I haven't tried to go higher yet because I don't want to mess with voltages.
