Finally after a ton of research for the better part of a week, it's all on the way! First build ever. Hopefully the construction goes well.

Not a big gamer, but I like the option to play a bit if wanted, so I went with a low/mid GPU. Eyefinity was something I wanted though. Since I might add a monitor in the future. Basically just wanted a badass PC that's semi future proof. So if I have to upgrade something, it's not a huge cost.

Total cost if the rebates come through is just under $800. I think I did pretty well.

Here's the breakdown:

Processor: i5 2500k ($197 with tax at actual store, it was 219 everywhere else... sick deal!)

Yeah I know... I bounced around between like 3 or 4 levels of GPU, but I think it'll honestly be fine for me. I do most of my gaming on the PS3 really. Never got used to PC gaming really.

Also... With the 64GB SSD.... Do you think I should I just load Win7 64bit and most frequently used programs with what space is left. Or try to use the Intel SLT?

From some reviews it seems like Win7 takes up a good chunk. But I also don't think much of the other stuff I have is super huge.

Yeah, I've read a bunch about it, and I was leaning that way....I just know I was on the borderline of SSD size. I guess I don't use a TON of programs though, so it'll probably fit what I want without using it as SRT, and I can get the better performance of using it the normal way.
