Hey all, I found a site that rents games for all platforms. It's kinda like
NetFlix for video games. Plus, if you like it, you can buy the game instead
of returning it...

How about some antispam. Deepshark.com is absolutely horrible. Do not under
any circumstances us them. They shafted me out of $20, said they would refund me
and never did. I ended up complaining to the Better Business Bureau and
they ignored them too. Now they have a black mark with them at the BBB.
If you want to get reamed, use deepshark.

Advised the company 5+ times to cancel my account with them. I never received a confirmation of cancellation. I was
advised by "John Clark" that I would eventually receive a "cancellation ticket". I never did. In the mean time,
another game was recently sent to me, even though I was assured the account would be cancelled. I have kept all my
emails from the company as proof. I am now afraid I will be further charged for services, even though I advised
them on several occasions to close the account and received email from Mr. Clark that the account would indeed be
cancelled and I would be refunded $20.
Desired Settlement: Other (requires explanation)
Settlement Explanation:
I want an official confirmation that my account has been cancelled and my refund.
Customer Service Rep: Mr. John Clark
Product or Service: Internet Video Game Rental
