Will my CPU bottleneck my GPU?

I am planning on getting a AMD Athlon II x3 3.2GHz CPU and a Radeon HD 6850. Will either bottleneck each other?

I do not believe there will be a bottleneck, but if there is you can overclock your athlon.

Okay cool, I don't plan on over-clocking due to my 2009 mobo. Thanks though!

You just have to spend 30 bucks for a cooler master hyper 212 evo or 212+ and you can get 4+ghz

I would totally OC if my mobo is OC able. I just don't know how I can tell if it is.

boot into the bios and see if you can adjust the voltages multiplier etc.
