2700k with CM M600 or 2600k with OCZ ZT 650w?

I'm in the processor of getting parts for my computer build, and I've gotten everything decided except for this. I'm thinking of either getting the i7-2700k with the Cooler Master Silent Pro M600 or the i7-2600k with the OCZ ZT 650w. They are both the same price, and I'm not sure which combo is best or me. I'm going to be overclocking, and I will be using integrated graphics until PCI-3.0 graphics cards are released. So which combo would be better for me?

The 2600k with a 650W power supply is the best. 2700k is a little overclock from factory ,basicaly is an 2600k with 100mhz overclock.In change you gain to those combos a 650W power supply wich in my opinion is better than 600w.

Neither PSU is one I'd put in a system I'd build for anyone. Yoiu can get a much better quality 850 watter fro the same price.
