My catalyst control center does not open

I got a Sapphire Radeon HD 6700 series, my monitor is a little wierd so i was adjusting it with catalyst control center, later i updated catalyst and now it wont even open... Do you have any way to fix that?

Express uninstall and re- install again. This may help. Check if all Ati component uninstall from 'performance and feature' in control panel before reinstall. Good Luck.
