Cpu led flash, no fans no boot.

just built PC with P8Z68-V (non-pro) and intel i5 2500K processor. i tried powering on but nothing happened. when i plugged everything into the power, the power button on the actual processor lights up red. and when i push the power button on the tower, the CPU led flashed but nothing else happens. i'm using g.skill ddr3 4gb ram sticks.

any help would be appreciated greatly.

i already went through everything, and nothing worked.
