What issues might I run into with this build?

The time to ask questions is BEFORE you order, not after.

For example, I might have warned you that a X6 is a poor gaming cpu.

Never the less, take the time now to download and read, cover to cover the motherboard and case manuals.

I know its not the best gaming cpu, but i'm only a small monitor so between it and a 6950 i think it will get the job done. Thanks for the manual advice I'll do it now.

for the videocard around the 240 price range the better card to go with would have been the 560 ti.. and the phenom x6 isnt that great for gaming...

good job on getting a am3+ board though u can upgrade that with the new amd cores later as they come out
