First off, you have triple channel memory (ram). Only lga1366 motherboards support that. LGA1155 supportset dual channel kits. 8GB (2x4gb) should be more than enough. This is the kit I just got last week:
anywho that frees up a bunch of cash and you can opt for fun stuff like a bigger ssd, which by the way go with crucial. they seem to be the only people who have reliability sorted away on the newer ssd's
That MSI Lighting is a great card, the 3GB version of that card is for peeps planning on using multiple monitors otherwise the 3GB of RAM actually hurts FPS. Also those cards dump air into the case instead of venting it out of the back of the case, so unless you have terrific cooling and airflow like a CM HAF case, your case ends up like an oven.
This Asrock board down below has the NF200 bride allowing for dual cards to run @ x16 & x16. It's new on the market (just came out a few days ago), and if it's anything like their other 1155 boards then it's a winner. This board also has the new PCI-E 3.0 slots for the new generation cards due out whenever.... lol.
The psu down below is manufactured by Enermax for LEPA and at that price it's a steal not to mention it gives you plenty of juice to push two of those cards.
***I'm not sure if you already have a monitor or not, but these monitors down below have a 120hz refresh rate vs the standard 60hz which makes for way smoother gaming, not to mention they are 3D capable. They are spendy, but they are top the line gaming monitors.
If you want my opinion I would suggest getting the Antec DF-85 case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Its an amazing case, 7 fans included. both back and front fans are red with red LED's, the three front fans have a mesh filter to help keep dust and crap outta the computer, and it has easy hot swap for your hard drives, along with front panel openeings for easy HDD installing.
I bought this case about a month ago, and I'm loving it completly. The link your provided originally for your case seemes to be broken or something, I got a 404 error, so im not sure how much that case is, but someone posted another case saying supposedly in the range of your other case, and it was $10 more then the DF-85 so im thinking the DF-85 may be cheaper, not by much but maybe lol
