Homegroup Network Cameras,,

I want to be able to See through a webcam on my 2second computer from this one, isn't there any simple program for that where i can select the computers in my HomuGroup and se through the webcams ?
anybody help please, i need this like some kind of a security cam..

-dont know if the Category of htis is right ?
