It is a phenom II in the link, but in reality the product is an athlon II as it lacks level 3 cache (internal cpu ram)

Bios update: click "View Detail" in the link i posted, and click "How to flash BIOS ?"

http://www.foxconnsupport.com/download.aspx?models=en-u...

Download the Fox LiveUpdate, install it, it will allow you to update the bios from inside windows

BTW: Neither I, nor will tomshardware.com! accept any liability for damage to hardware caused by following these instructions. Use at your own risk. It is recommended that you make a backup your BIOS first.

Also, I thought my board can only allow me to upgrade to a processor with 95w, the one you linked me was a 125w

It might not turn on, it will not damage the computer.

If it refuses to turn on, then you will need to put back the old cpu and update the bios
