Manual for a Power Color HD 4650 Graphics Card

I am trying to find a manual in a PDF format so I can save it in my Laptop. It's for a Power Color HD 4650. I want to get it set up with a 22 inch HD monitor with the DVI cable and a HD 32 inch TV through the HDMI Port. When I had the TV hooked up I could not get any sound through the Sound card. So I unpluged the HDMI and reset tha 4650 to factory settings. Then the sound would work.
