Micro atx difference from other motherboards

what is the direffence between Full ATX motherboard and Micro ATX

less space to work with. large heatsinks may get in the way in some RAMs and you'll definitely have a hard time setting up a dual slot GPU in CF/SLI with the second card getting in the way of the front panel headers located atthe bottom of the board most of the time. high CPU overclocks may not be as stable as an ATX board due to less mosfets and/or the lack of a northbridge heatsink.

otherwise, they're ok for a single card, non-OCed CPU setup.
