AMI BIOS update

Hello,
I installed a new Graphics card (GeForce GTX 560Ti snoic) and installed the latest driver, but the hardware is not working. Device shows in the device manager, but shows a message,on device properties
"Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact your computer manufacturer to obtain a firmware or BIOS update. (Code 35)".

Do i need a bios update?
If so, Please point me to a specific update.
Any help will be appreciated.

Have you tried getting an updated BIOS from NEC? http://support.necam.com/downloads/
Other than that you can google for it.

Yes, I did download a bios update from NEC (Ver 1.9 released in 2006) it didn't help geting the graphics card work.

Looks like you might be out of luck then. The GTX560ti is a little powerful for that hardware anyway being a 915 chipset board, what CPU are you using?

The GTX560ti is going to be severely bottlenecked by that GPU. People even argue that cards like HD4670 or gt240 get bottlenecked by that CPU. I suggest saving for a new modern CPU/ram/motherboard combo so you can enjoy your new powerful GPU.
