Screen lagging during game

I have nvidia geforce 8200m g graphics card with 512mb dedicated memory installed on my laptop. Previously all the games were running smooth. But after formatting it creates some problem . The screen during the play of the game lags behind. Is there any solution???

8200m is not exactly a gaming card and some stuttering would be considered normal on newer games. If it was working fine before then driver issues could be causing this so re installing you GPU driver might solve it http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
