Here are some suggestions -
CPU - If mainly gaming and overclocking, then the i5 would be good enough as @ stock its very powerful for gaming and when overclocked, even more,... Also for a single card setup, you wont need anything more,...

CPU + Cooler
i5 + Scythe Mugen 3

Mobo + RAM,29...
So IMO the MSI would be a better option if you consider rebates,...

Corsair 650TX
$20 off w/ promo code EMCKBJB36, ends 8/24

Samsung F3 1TB

SSD - Maybe a SSD for boot ??

He doesn't want a SSD I told him to wait a bit till they get cheaper. Ya I'll overclock his i5 for him even at stock it's really fast. I wanna try get him to 4.0ghz-4.4ghz. Ya I explained to him about Crossfire and he didn't seem interested seems like he wants to keep this build for a while.

Thank You very much for this build came out cheaper than I thought.
