Desktop Build Compatibility Question

Hello,

I am interested in purchasing and building a desktop pc myself.

The video card I want to include is the EVGA 01G-P3-1373-AR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) Superclocked EE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130568&Tpk=N82E16814130568

My question is: will all these components be compatible with one another? Specifically, will there be any issues with the video card with the rest of the system?

The video card and everything else is compatible

BUT

The cpu and mb are top end parts
the power supply is of dubious quality

and the graphics card is old and mid range .

Its better if you ask in the format suggested in the thread about how to ask for advice .
