Minimum psu for hd6870 ?

i'm making a budget pc with a hd6870 gpu , i'm trying to shave off as much money on other supporting parts. what's the smallest/cheapest psu that will safely support this gpu? right now i'm looking at the Antec gamer series 520 watt for 60$ , but i see some Corsair cx430 for 15 bucks cheaper.. will that work? or should i stick with the antec?
