Need help! black screen new build

my computer turn on but i get no post beep and i only get a black screen what should i do please help

Have you done a minimum hardware boot? No disk drives, no graphic card and only one module of ram? Tell us a bit more like is this a new problem (system was working fine before)or you're yet to install windows. If the system has not booted after a crash etc

this is a new problem on a new computer. the problem was north and south bridge could not install and black screen i never even want to bios once. so i just returned the cpu motherboard and memory just to be safe i got the cpu today and getting every thing else tomorrow. i hope every thing works i will try to install it every thing tomorrow. also the post moved to
