Heatsink and cooling fan for E3400

Right now I have a Celeron 420 with stock heatsink and fan. Just bought a Celeron E3400 will old heatsink and fan be sufficient or should I buy a new one? I bought it off Amazon new in box and am unsure if heatsink and fan were included so just in case what should I look for that will keep it at a good temp. Thanks.

If its labled "new in box" then it should have a heatsink.

If it does not for some reason, the one that your Celeron 420 has is the same one and should work fine for stock cooling.
