ASUS AI Suite II problem

Hi,
CPU: Core i5 2500K
Mobo: P8Z77-M
RAM: Kingston DDR3-1333 8GB
Video Card: HD 5770
HD; WD 1TB + 640GB
OS: Win7 x64 utimate (SP1)

When I install AI Suite II on P8Z77-M,
I get "Load MMDriver Application has stopped working"
When I uninstall it, the message goes away during startup of my PC
Can anyone explain why?

Go to your motherboards site at asus and in the utilities section, download the AI Suite II Patcher. That will patch the AI Suite package so it can be installed.

Okay, that doesn't crash, but I have to turn off Network iControl, otherwise I can't go online
