I'm on a tight budget and this is the best I could do. I don't need any recommendations but I just need to know if it will run. thank you guys :)

Yeah, it will absolutely all work. The only thing that I noticed is that since the board is an nvidia chipset you may get a little better performance off an nVidia card. But the ATI will work fine otherwise.

Yeah but being a poor student and on a tight budget this Gigabyte motherboard is the cheapest and decent and I choose AMD + ATI because of the cheaper prices compared to Intel and NVIDIA ^_^! Thanks for reassuring me, my friend!

It will all work together. Although in my experience HEC PSUs are not reliable. I would recommend this Corsair CX600 V2 which is around the same price point (probably a bit cheaper after rebate). http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028&Tpk=cx600%20v2
