Completely relevant. A 1090t will work great with a 6950 in most games but will bottleneck it in others. That seems to have been the OP's question, so I was just helping him get to the answer.

Playing Skyrim these days with all graphic mods
but i have other games like

GTA IV modded with ultra textures and IC enhancer

Crysis 2 with dx11 and ultra textures

LA noire

Saints Row 3

War in the North

preety much i play all the latest games

@ cuecuemore

i didnt wanted to upgrade to HD6950 as HD6850 was preety much ok for me but since i got a hd6950 i wanted to make sure if its not being bottlenecked as it has alot more juice than hd6850

You'll run into some bottlenecking in some things, but it will be slight. I know this for absolute certain, as I used to run an X4 965 @ 4.3GHz (outperforms 1090t by a good bit in games) and it would bottleneck even a single GTX 460 occasionally. Of course, a 6950 is a good bit more powerful than a 460. After upgrading to SLI, the bottlenecking was ridiculous in some games, even on LN2 and nearly 6GHz. I'm not trying to discourage you, just give you the facts. What it boils down to is that the 1090t and 6950 are a good match for most games.

Overclocking it will get you a long way, and Batman AA shouldn't be cpu bottlenecked for you, iirc. With a CM V8, temps shouldn't be a problem up to 4.0GHz, it will just be an issue of balancing your voltages and getting them as low as possible while still stable.
